You don’t want to miss out on this delicious rocky road chocolate fudge recipe to make at home. This chocolaty treat is the perfect snack in the lead up to Christmas and makes a great home-made gift to wrap up for your family & friends.
Ingredients:
300g chocolate chips
397g condensed milk
60g butter
1tsp vanilla extract
100g miniature marshmallows
80g peanuts
80g cranberries (optional)
Method:
Heat milk, chocolate and butter in a glass bowl over boiling water until melted.
Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla extract until smooth. Mix in peanuts, marshmallows and cranberries.
Line a tray with parchment paper and scoop in the mixture. With a spatula, spread the mixture evenly (approx. 1 inch thick.) Once cooled, refrigerate and enjoy for up to two weeks (if they last that long!)
